We enjoy nothing more than exploring areas full of history and tradition.
After many years making cider for some of the South West’s most well-known brands, Rich brings a wealth of knowledge about local orchards,
traditional old English pub culture, and the art behind the craft of the centuries old nectar.
(Right up until the 15th Century, us Somerset folk even christened our newborn babies in it!)
On the other hand, I care more for a cream tea than a pint! I am a devoted storyteller. I have an enthusiam for learning about unique traditions and the history
surrounding us. My curiosity means I’m constantly researching, spending much of our spare time uncovering new places to visit.
Together, we created The Apple Rambler so others could discover the best of the South West at a slower pace.
We promise cosy pubs or traditional rooms, quaint villages, historical towns and a warm welcome wherever you roam!
