Vulnerable Passenger & Escort Policy (View the full policy by clicking here)We are committed to providing safe and reliable transport for all passengers, including elderly and vulnerable adults.However, our drivers are not trained or insured to provide personal care, lifting, mobility assistance, or supervision.To ensure safety and compliance with safeguarding and insurance requirements:We provide transport only.Our drivers are not trained, authorised, or insured to provide personal care, medical assistance, supervision, or escorting.Any passenger who cannot travel safely and independently must be accompanied by a suitable escort provided by the care home or family.If you a care/education provider needing transport please note you will be expected to complete an electronic Passenger Form.The form only collects limited information on the passenger, purely to be used in the instance that emergency assistance is required.The information would be passed to the relevant authority to aide care.CancellationsCancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time may be charged in full.No‑shows will be charged the full fare.Waiting TimeA grace period of 15 minutes applies.After this, waiting time is charged at £0.30 per minute.Passenger BehaviourAbusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the journey.Damage & CleaningPassengers are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required.A minimum cleaning fee of £180 applies for sickness or spillages.Child SeatsParents/guardians must provide appropriate child seats.We cannot legally transport a child without the correct seat.Safeguarding & Escort PolicyDrivers do not provide personal care, lifting, supervision, or escorting.Passengers requiring assistance must travel with a responsible escort.Medical EmergenciesDrivers are not medically trained.Emergency information must be provided by a responsible adult.In an emergency, the driver will call 999.Lost PropertyWe are not responsible for items left in vehicles.Items found will be held for 30 days.DelaysWe are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control.Right to Refuse ServiceWe may refuse or cancel a booking if safety, safeguarding, or policy requirements are not met.
